Skeptics Colloquium
col·lo·qui·um (kə-lō’kwē-əm) n. [Latin, conversation, from colloquī, to talk together : com-, com- + loquī, to speak; see tolkw- in Indo-European roots.]
1. An informal meeting for the exchange of views.
2. An academic seminar on a broad field of study, usually led by a different lecturer at each meeting.

02 April 2010: “Does Darwinism Devalue Human Life?” (Richard Weikart)
Dr. Weikart is a local historian whose recent work has been funded by the Discovery Institute and portrayed in Ben Stein’s movie Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed. It is possible that people from local congregations will be there in support of Dr. Weikart and his anti-Darwin message.
